Ownership of Images

All photographs, videos, and visual content created by Ash M Photography LLC are the exclusive property of Ash M Photography LLC and are protected under United States copyright law.

Ash M Photography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all content unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client Usage Rights

Upon delivery, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their images based on the agreed project scope.

Permitted uses may include:

  • personal use

  • social media

  • website and marketing materials

  • promotional content for your brand

Usage rights do not equal ownership.

Restrictions

The following actions are not permitted without written consent from Ash M Photography LLC:

  • selling or redistributing images

  • transferring usage rights to third parties

  • altering images beyond basic cropping or resizing

  • applying heavy filters or edits that change the original work

Commercial & Extended Licensing

Any use outside the original agreement, including:

  • paid advertising campaigns

  • resale

  • large-scale commercial distribution

may require an extended licensing agreement.

Credit & Attribution

Credit to Ash M Photography LLC is appreciated when images are shared publicly, especially on social media or editorial platforms.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Ash M Photography LLC reserves the right to use any images created for:

  • portfolio display

  • website content

  • social media

  • marketing and promotional materials

If a client requires privacy or non-disclosure, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of any content created by Ash M Photography LLC may result in legal action and/or licensing fees.
